How much is a membership?

Memberships cost $20.00 a month plus a one-time initiation fee of $60.00. The initiation fee is paid at the time you sign up. You are then charged $20.00 a month on the 1st or 15th automatically.

Do you have to become a memebr  to train with a trainer?

Yes you would need to become a memeber. The monthly rate is $15 compared to $25.

How do I find the right trainer for me?

Initially you will come in for a consultation. You'll discuss your goals, values, and desires with our Master Trainer Crystal Dunn. She will then assign the trainer that best suites you! 
 We have a variety of trainers that you will help you progress through your goals which will enable you to perform at your peak.

Question 4

I am very busy with my work schedule, how much time do I need to devote to kenpo classes?"

Accepted Answer

We suggest a 1 hour session twice a week as a minimum in addition to your clean eating habits (we provide this education as well). As you progress through your fitness goals you may want more 1:1 attention so we can always tailor your fitness routine according to your schedule.
